3. All transactions (emails and postage) will be attended to within 1-3 working days. Rest assured we will get back to you as soon as possible for all inquiries.

 

1. Kindly ensure you have selected the correct item in the correct colors/sizes before checking out. Mint & Ooak will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong colors/sizes are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed. 

2.Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 working days (unless otherwise stated) upon payment verification. Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated. Orders with incomplete/incorrect address may result in lost or delayed mailed.

Express Courier is for next business day delivery after being shipped out 

Standard Courier takes 1-3 business days for delivery after being shipped out. 

3. If you have a discount code, please ensure to input the code before checking out for discount to be valid. No refunds will be made for orders where discount codes are not entered at point of purchase.

6. Customers who have at least one successful purchase from us will automatically be added to our mailing list. 

Returns and exchanges are only for defective items or wrong items sent. Please snap a photo of the item in question and email to hello@mintooak.com with your order number. Please email us for all other reasons and we can allow on a case by case basis. For non defective order, the item must be brought to the shop for processing for exchange within 7 working days. If unable to find a size or item for exchange, we will process the refund to store credits for future purchases.
